Can anyone hear me?

I'm praying pretty hard that this'll be the right decision... for what? To spearhead an evangelistic program with my classmate - shimona in Singapore. We got this idea since we're in our 'public evangelism' practicum where we will be doing public evangelism in our own hometowns!

What's the plan like for now? Here's a rundown of the ideas that we have so far:

The "advertisement" - beta version 1.0
This is the possible banner ad/poster/leaflet for promotion and advertising for this program - we'll also use Hope 107 (and insert their logo in) if they'll help advertise this for us! *yay*



Big Idea: A 2-Night seeker friendly program for people between 15-30 years of age with original music (unplugged), covers, skits, an inspiring sermonette and worship session.

Theme: Can anyone hear me? [you're just a small voice in a big world... who's listening?]

Dates: Hopefully... 19th and 20th August (Fri-Sat)

Venue: We're thinking of Jurong SDA Church's social/function hall/room.
Time: 7pm to 8pm

Followup Plans: Guest Welcome cards will be handed out to each one and they will be encouraged to fill them out before leaving the hall/room. The youth from the church will be encouraged to spend the next 5 - 10 minutes or more to mix around with someone he/she has never met before *A GUEST!* because chances are that the guests would simply leave early if no one approaches them after the program. Youth Leaders and Cell Group Leaders will be given the task of following up with the guests.

Shimona and myself will be "preaching" if this goes thru and also singing songs that we've written, plus covers.

Whether this actually happens or not isn't so much a concern to us right now though we both (shimona and myself) hope that it'll happen - what's important is that God's supporting us and that this will work seamlessly with God's plans for our church! GO GO GO!
