Just things in my head~
Voting has been something I looked forward to, maybe it's not something that everyone looks forward to but when I was younger (before 21) I always dreamt of casting that vote and that my vote would be the crucial deciding vote (what a dream huh?). Turns out that I'm turning 23 this year and I've still not voted yet. Tomorrow is voting day and I'm in Thailand - so no voting for me again.
I've been keeping up to the General Elections news and I wish that I could be home to vote - problem is, I'm here where I am, in Thailand and I won't be able to vote this time round. I'll just wait out and watch the news, to see what's happening.
I read the news this morning that Indonesia has a volcano that's on the verge of eruption! Wow... and they're trying to evacuate people, but the farmers and flock tenders don't wish to leave till the last possible minute - I wish them luck. Hope that it won't be a biggie... If you wanna read the news, you can actually follow this link to check the news out.
Just played a game of 'Coin Soccer' - you take three small coins, sit with a guy on either side of the table and play soccer. Your fingers are the goals... you kinda put them at the edge of the table - both hands together with your pinky's out and the index finger of one hand being the goalie. The 'ball' has to be passed between the two other coins and you can't hit another coin - only go between. Quite fun! Can be quite painful, especially when your opponent can unleash a powerful shot (the coin'll hit you knuckles...). You can play up to as many 'goals' as you wish! very fun - great passtime in the library.
There still isn't anyone around here in the library at the moment and it's kinda well... nice :) Computer's all to myself! heehee~ My girlfriend is upstairs studying (i came down to use the computer) and the air-conditioning is keeping the library nice n cool!~ Was gonna take some pictures but then my battery in the baby oly is dead so no pix today. Sigh. Oh well, that's life isnt it?
